C.A.R Towing Company provides towing and roadside assistance services in Long Island, NY. Our services include but are not limited to breakdown assistance, towing to a garage, lockouts, fuel delivery, flat tire assistance, jumpstarts, motorcycle assistance, sports/luxury car towing, and equipment towing.

Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Pricing and Payment

1. Pricing: The cost of our services varies based on the type and scope of the service requested. We will provide you with a quote for the service cost prior to dispatching our team.
2. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
3. Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where services were not performed as agreed due to our fault. Any disputes regarding service quality or payment must be reported to us within 7 days of the service date.

Service Limitations

1. Availability: Our services are subject to availability and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, and road closures. We will make reasonable efforts to provide timely service but cannot guarantee specific response times.
2. Vehicle Condition: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle or for any damage resulting from conditions beyond our control, such as the condition of the roads or the nature of the breakdown.
3. Third-Party Services: We may engage third-party service providers to perform certain services on our behalf. These providers are independent contractors and not our employees. We are not liable for any acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

Liability

1. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, C.A.R Towing Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
2.
